Yes. Sokoni Mall is the trade name of SKN MALL KENYA, business number BN-36SM2YW9. You pay by M-Pesa STK before the parcel moves. That money stays in escrow until delivery. We deliver countrywide. The registered office is a BRS record, not a limit on where we shop.

How your money is held

Checkout sends an M-Pesa STK prompt to your phone. You enter your PIN there. The payment is tied to your SKN-#### order. It is not sent to the seller, a rider, or a personal number.

The seller is paid after delivery is confirmed. A local dispatch can release 24 hours later if you have not replied YES and there is no dispute. An upcountry courier dispatch waits 48 hours. A dispute, or a photo during the inspection window, stops that release.

The 2-hour inspection

After the parcel is marked delivered, you have 2 hours to look at it. If something is wrong, send a photo of the item. The seller payout stays frozen once that photo is saved. Support is asked to decide only after the photo is in. Without a photo, the payment is not frozen.

If the item is not delivered

If the seller has not dispatched 12 hours after you pay, the order is refunded and the seller is not paid. When M-Pesa B2C is available the refund is sent to the number you paid from. When it is not, the refund is queued for a person and the seller still is not paid.

If a parcel is marked delivered and you never received it, reply HELP and your order number on WhatsApp. Escrow stays held until that dispute is resolved. We do not pay the seller for a parcel you did not get.
